Terms and Conditions

1) Images are for representational purposes only. Exact color of product may vary from image.

2) Order quantity will be limited as per the policies of the respective brand / manufacturer.

3) The products offered herein are offered at discounted prices by the manufacturer exclusively for use by the person placing the order, or their immediate family members. These products are not meant for resale.

4) Information about customer order will be transmitted to respective manufacturer / brand for supply of product and after sales support, services and promotions if any.

5) The products ordered on this site shall be invoiced and delivered directly by the manufacturer, or their authorized representative, to the delivery address, within India. Warranty and after sales support will also be provided by the product manufacturer.

6) Order once placed cannot be amended or cancelled. 

7) Orders are accepted based upon availability of product with manufacturer. In case the exact model of the ordered product is not available, company may at its discretion offer to replace it with an equivalent or higher product. 

8) In the cases where payments for a product is accepted by ZRPL; if exact product ordered is not available, ZRPL maximum liability will be limited to refunding the amount paid by the customer.

9) This website is owned and operated by Lasko India. Zeitgeist Retail Pvt. Ltd is the facilitator for order processing and handling.
